I will get to point quickly. Before launch I had a character named Legioner, I played a little on it. And after launch it was gone. However yesterday after launch when I couldn’t find my character I created a new one on a different server. New one’s name is Cosmoblast, I played on it until it became 28 lvl. And today when I got in the game it was gone too. But my old character Legioner returned. And also when I created my Cosmoblast character, even though I am a founder, I couldn’t find my founder items in my box, was it one time thing?. Could you please help me in this matter?

I’m so sorry for the big delay in responding to your post.
If you still have the same issue, I like to know the name of the server your character are in order to investigate what’s happened.
Also the founder pack once you claimed are character bound, so in that case if you claimed in one of your character the skins will be in that character, is not share withing character, just the mounts are the one that can be shared and used withing characters.
