Hello, i haven’t logged in for over a month and logged in last night to find all my characters gone. One of my friends tells me I’m still in the guild. Can you please restore my characters or tell me what I need to do to restore them. There were about 4 or 5. But my main is Aurora Oceans and Sassy Aurora. They were not lvl 50. Not sure what other info you need, pls let me know.

I logged in and none of the characters were in the character selection. Can you please double check because it has not been restored.

Is there any chance you might have additional Steam accounts? if that’s the case, please double check that you’re using the right one, also, verify the integrity of the game files just to discard any visual bug due to a damaged local file.

Thank you for reminding me of my 2nd steam account, i had forgotten about it. My characters are restored and all there with all my stuff. Appreciate your help.
