Hello, I hope this is the proper place to ask for assistance. I’ve tried to use my Bifrost and I discovered my Crystalline Aura isn’t there… That is pretty strange couse a month didn’t pass yet. I’ve also noticed my unclaimed product, like the 3 days crystalline aura and stuff are gone, fanished in thin air. I’ve asked in chat and a guy told me a friend of his has the same problem. I’m pretty scared… i’ve paid for this service and now is gone. Also I didn’t found a button in-game to issue a ticket, so i’m here in the forum hoping for the best.
I’m so sorry that you are having this issues with the Crystalline Aura and the items you had on your product inventory, this sounds very frustrating and we want you to experience the game at its fullest.
