My Crystalline Aura is gone with all blue diamonds

Dear Support,

I pay 20EUR and bye the pack that give every 10lvl 550 diamonds. I buy Crystalline aura and play since yesterday when all suddenly gone. No aura, no blue diamonds, no royal diamonds, no shop. So can you check what is happened to my account, and how you will compensate me for two days for now without payed benefit.

I have also lost my Crystalline aura… I used the 30day aura I received from the founder’s pack and the next day it’s just gone???
