My Crystalline Aura is not in effect Again! (this is second time)

My premium package is gone again. I’d love if you could do something about this problem now. This is the second time this is happening, I don’t understand how such a problem can happen. I paid for this package and now I can’t get my money’s worth. I am constantly having problems.

It happened to me today again and it is the third time that it happens to me, I contacted support again but the only thing they tell me is “we know that the problem exists and we have reported it, we are working on it” and it gives No matter what problem you have, they always answer the same thing, they’ve been over a week now and they haven’t solved that problem or any other, I already think they’re laughing at us

It shouldn’t be like this. After all, there is a fee paid for this package. Why are we having trouble giving money, this is so wrong.

if the aura were free, well look they give it to you for free and if bad luck fails but it is something that has cost many of us money and losing several days of something for which they have paid is a scam and they have not given it for more than a week One solution is only limited to advertising their new junk region, and they don’t fix the auras, or the dungeon or guardian pairings, which prevents you from playing the game, the disappearance of items, problems in which you get stuck in some place of the game, the entrance queues to the server and I could continue for a while

Missing Premium Content and Store

We have received reports and have confirmed that items are missing from Product Inventory, the Store is unavailable in-game, and Crystalline Auras are missing from characters.

While these things sound like they could be different issues, they are actually all linked to one root cause. For these entitlements, two different servers need to talk to each other, the game server and the commerce server. Right now there is an issue where the commerce server, due to the massive load that it is experiencing from how many people are playing Lost Ark, fails to properly communicate with the game server. This is why sometimes you can see and claim your items, make purchases from the store, and see that your Crystalline Aura is active and working, while other times you can’t. It’s the intermittency that caused our team to investigate the issue for so long before we could give a meaningful update. We have seen that while these items appear to not be on your account, they are still entitled to you.

To address this specific issue, we need to have a client patch. That patch is currently being built by Smilegate RPG and we are hoping to include this fix in our next update which we are prepping for this coming week. It is our understanding that after this patch is delivered, most of the major commerce related issues will work correctly.

For Crystalline Aura specifically, we know that this is a paid premium account benefit that has a timer associated with it. We are actively investigating this issue.

So premium service randomly missing that players paid for will not be compensated for? Great way to make money. And to lose customers. Amazon prime unsubbed for me. Disgrace of a service overall if this is considered to be acceptable quality. But I still expect to GET what I paid for. And it’s not my job to spend hours to report it. That is the job of the company that offered the service they didn’t provide. But still, charged for it without compensation. Really?

Thank you. Not spreading misinformation at all. We do expect full compensation for paid-for premium service that isn’t provided or missing on random times. Simply because if not - that would be breaking consumer rights law in most countries in EU for example. Most consumer laws actually require services to provide refunding and compensations information in advance if service is not provided when customer is using it.
