My friend got suspended and he is now playing with robots

Hello! My “special” friend just got back from a weekend double 20/day all-nighter job (he didn’t play 3 days in a row). When he logged in this morning, got a prompt stating “you are temporarily suspended”.

He did not do anything wrong and tried to reach out to customer support but no one has replied to him as of 4:05 PM EST.

Now he is bored our of his mind playing Japanese robots.

If you have not already appealed through web ticket yet, please do so and wait for the team to respond. Also, please bear in mind, if you will be informed by the team about the response being the final answer to your appeal, you will not be getting a different one by submitting multiple replies or appeals.

In regards to the reason for the ban, you will be informed of the cause in general but no specific details will be volunteered. Please do not submit multiple tickets as that will only delay a review of your penalty.
