My friend’s account got suspended from failed a Captcha 3 times is it permanently banned or just temporary. Please tell me about the solution of this problem and I thought that this captcha system’s penelty is too heavy for players, There are many ways that bots can use to bypass this system. In summary I hope that my friend account will be available.

According to the official info, if a player fails three separate CAPTCHAS, they will be temporarily removed from the game. Usually, around 10 minutes.
After the penalty expires, you must pass a CAPTCHA when you log into the game.
You should be able to login after completing the CAPTCHA successfully.
