So i was doing Valtan hard mode with my guild, and at the end of the Gate 1 my game crashed and after i came back i didn’t get any rewards. I assumed that i have to do it yet again so i found another group just to see that my weekly entry is already spend.

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:

The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

same just happened to me… i was at 3 life bar of the boss when i lost power at house… re joined and the group already finished P1 of valtan hard tried to go next floor and didnt let me so everybody when out and then the game say my entry already count. @Jormungandrh
