My game crashes randomly on guardian raids and boss rush

Since launch my game randomly crashes on some activities, tried every fix online but it still crashes, im tired of losing my dailys because of this.

Welcome to the Lost Ark’s Forums.

I really appreciate you’re communicating to us about this issue and sharing the troubleshooting you’ve done so far. I also thank Omelettea for all the help provided.

I just want to confirm with you if you already apply this troubleshooting related with the Internet Protocol Version 6 (tcp/ipv6) is disable:

Open Windows settings.
Go to your Network&Internet section.
Click Change Adapter Settings.
Right-click your connection (It can be either LAN or WIFI adapter) and go to Properties.
Scroll down in the menu until you found the option Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
Uncheck the box next to it and restart your computer.
After this process verify Steam Integrity Check files:

Re-launch Lost Ark.

Finally, please setup this launching codes within Lost Ark:

Select Lost Ark in your Steam Library.
Right click and select ‘Properties’.
In the pop-up chart copy and paste this launching codes:
-novsync -notexturestreaming -useallavailablecores

Please let us know as soon as possible if after these troubleshooting the problem persists.

Hi, tried your suggestion but the game still crashes, it just freezes and closes itself or i have to terminate the process in task manager, no error codes. tried different resolutions and graphics settings, no solution so far.
