I’m sorry to hear that folks ; (

It looks like this is an issue/bug affecting you in-game in that particular place. Please play the game avoiding that place momentarily due to you will get stuck again if you visit it. I know that is not the answer you are looking for and I’m sorry for that. Our team works hard to fix this situations in future patches.

If you have the chance please contact our colleagues in the Customer support , share them your situation and they will escalate your case with a ticket. That will be super helpful for us in the research and solution of that.

I’ve moved Sosong to Prideholme now, you can launch the game.

Game started crashing after enterin Hall Of The Sun with my main. Other chars seem to work fine.

My apologies to hear that game is crashing after entering hall of the sun with your main character , let me take a look into this and relocate it for you,

EDIT: I moved your character back to Prideholme but please before you open the game let’s check the Steam files just to discard corrupted files. and let me know if it works.

I am having the same issue as of last night , i used sheet music to travel to vern on my main character and my game crashed, now it crashes immediately after selecting my character . I was able to log into my 2 alt accounts but they were also in vern and as soon as i tried to leave vern my game crashed and now i cannot log into any of my characters.

Thank you, i dont remember the name of my striker but he is stuck as well. Im jusy at work and cant check the name its the same server though.

Relocating the stuck character should resolve the issue. I request you to launch the game and check if you are facing the same issue with other characters as well.
