Game started crashing after enterin Hall Of The Sun with my main. Other chars seem to work fine.

My apologies to hear that game is crashing after entering hall of the sun with your main character , let me take a look into this and relocate it for you,
EDIT: I moved your character back to Prideholme but please before you open the game let’s check the Steam files just to discard corrupted files. and let me know if it works.

I am having the same issue as of last night , i used sheet music to travel to vern on my main character and my game crashed, now it crashes immediately after selecting my character . I was able to log into my 2 alt accounts but they were also in vern and as soon as i tried to leave vern my game crashed and now i cannot log into any of my characters.

Thank you, i dont remember the name of my striker but he is stuck as well. Im jusy at work and cant check the name its the same server though.

Don’t worry @msmith147 I moved your characters vreles & Hundredeye back to Prideholme!
Please before opening the game let’s check the Steam files and let me know if it works!

Just verified my game files and repaired some files , i was able to log in thanks again for the quick fix

I’m sorry that relocating the character didn’t resolve the issue. In that case, I request you to submit a web ticket to our Support Staff using the below mentioned link along with the link to this Forum Thread to escalate the issue further.

What about alts? do we have to relocate them too?

Relocating the stuck character should resolve the issue. I request you to launch the game and check if you are facing the same issue with other characters as well.

Actually i don’t know who was the one stucked, i tried accessing on all of them but crashed, only the main didn’t but when i first travelled the game crashed so i don’t know, here’s the list of my alts:
Zhuwen, Burstnova, Rougedeath, Rëaven, LÎnméi, Rainfaller.
