Just verified my game files and repaired some files , i was able to log in thanks again for the quick fix

I’m sorry that relocating the character didn’t resolve the issue. In that case, I request you to submit a web ticket to our Support Staff using the below mentioned link along with the link to this Forum Thread to escalate the issue further.

What about alts? do we have to relocate them too?

Relocating the stuck character should resolve the issue. I request you to launch the game and check if you are facing the same issue with other characters as well.

Actually i don’t know who was the one stucked, i tried accessing on all of them but crashed, only the main didn’t but when i first travelled the game crashed so i don’t know, here’s the list of my alts:
Zhuwen, Burstnova, Rougedeath, Rëaven, LÎnméi, Rainfaller.

I have relocated all the Alts to Prideholme as well. Please relaunch the game and check if the issue is resolved.

unluckily i got into the game, and after the first travel it crashed again
Right now i was able to do dailies on my first 3 pg, but when i tried to get into the Stronghold my game crashed during load screen, actually don’t know what to do, i also followd an online guide on crashes, like Close unnecessary background programs, Update your graphics driver, Make sure your system is up-to-date, Check your antivirus software, Turn off overlays, Perform a clean boot etc. Btw everything started happening after this morning patch. Any suggestion on what to do?
Can my alts be relocated to Prideholme again pls? from what i can see if i go to punika or SH game crashes.

I hope you’re having a great day! I’m sorry that you still have problems with your game. 
I moved your characters back to Prideholme but please let’s check the Steam files one more time before opening the game and let us know if it works!
After the check i tried logging from the main that was still in punika, but game crashed, as i said i can’t get access to punika or the SH, as possible, can u move my main too? And btw is there something doable to fix what’s happening?
Update: Can’t access North Vern too

Just to double check, are you able to play with your alt characters after checking the Steam files ?
I’am able to play on every single character as long as i don’t go into any major city (Punika,North Vern,) to the sea or into the Stronghold. So basically except for dailies i can’t do anything rn
