i have 11 alt includin
g my main character i cant log in after boots update killing looks like kill real players like me i reset my laptop from fabric reset do everything too make back too the game looks like imposible to even get bypass 10010 i been enjoy game from day 1 never use vpn create another account too make sure im not ban still have same error 10010 are u guys gonna fix this issue or use multiple 3 computer at home too make sure is not my pc all of than have the same isssue even if never play on that pc still have 10010 all my drivers update windows update all good swich internet conection

My apologies to hear you are experiencing this issue. I’ve successfully relocated the character Arcanys to a safe zone.
Remember to run an Steam file check just to discard corrupted files before launching the game

I have the problem for days that when loading the character profiles the game either freezes and then crashes or after loading the character profile I get an error message from EAC and then the game crashes.
No matter on which server I log in.
Central Europe
Main Server: Asta
MainChar: Bloódymáry, Bloodmage
Server Antares:
MainChar: Dârkphantom
Server Nineveh:
MainChar: Darkphantomin
Here it seems working:
Western Europe
Server Punika:
Main Char: Angelindark

@Bloodymary I relocated all your characters back to Prideholme but please before opening the game let’s check the Steam files and let me know if it works!
I can login with my char, but it shows the following error again.
Only on Central Europe
The ID is different each time
And after a time it’s chrashing again without showing an Error.
I have repaired EAC two times and reinstalled.
Same issue for me with crashes every hour or so, sometimes every 15 minutes when game is running.
Server: NA East/Elzowin
Character Name: Offenddagoat
Im currently running the file check in Steam too, as you suggested above
