My apologies to hear you are experiencing this issue. I’ve successfully relocated the character Arcanys to a safe zone.
Remember to run an Steam file check just to discard corrupted files before launching the game ![]()

I have the problem for days that when loading the character profiles the game either freezes and then crashes or after loading the character profile I get an error message from EAC and then the game crashes.
No matter on which server I log in.
Central Europe
Main Server: Asta
MainChar: Bloódymáry, Bloodmage
Server Antares:
MainChar: Dârkphantom
Server Nineveh:
MainChar: Darkphantomin
Here it seems working:
Western Europe
Server Punika:
Main Char: Angelindark

@Bloodymary I relocated all your characters back to Prideholme but please before opening the game let’s check the Steam files and let me know if it works! ![]()
I can login with my char, but it shows the following error again.
Only on Central Europe

The ID is different each time
And after a time it’s chrashing again without showing an Error.
I have repaired EAC two times and reinstalled.
Same issue for me with crashes every hour or so, sometimes every 15 minutes when game is running.
Server: NA East/Elzowin

Im currently running the file check in Steam too, as you suggested above
