My Gold issue via Lost ark Shop Exchange

Hi,

I bought 12,000RC today and exchanged it via LA Shop of 2537 / 235 RC. There are 3 screen shots attached and the first one shows that i claimed “53,277 Gold @ 2:25AM” but as you can see, my current gold is still “958”

However, the rest of the other 2 transaction, i could claim without any issues.

I should have a total of 127,808 gold including pre-purchase RC at “958 Gold”

Please return my me gold.
