I put in a ticket somewhere around 1.5 to 2 weeks ago. Have not heard anything. My main char is bugged and has been that way for around 3 weeks now. The journal, everything is greyed out in it. Can’t uncheck or check anything. Only quests you are on in the area you are at, will show up in your tracker. You can’t add or subtract anything to or from the tracker. In fact this is causing an issue with a big quest. I can’t read the email that was given to me because the quest doesn’t show up in the tracker and I can’t F5 it. My other chars journals are fine. Just how long do we have to wait to get support? I think 2 weeks is plenty of time on a game-breaking bug for some.
I had somehow similar issue. Turned out journal buges out when you filter quests.
There is a rubric on top allowing you to filter quests - move it back to default “all” instead of Continent or Area

That fixed me! I don’t remember ever moving that. In fact I actually clicked on each one to see if it fixed it and it didn’t. So either they fixed me last night or something changed. But its working again,
