It’s not showing up anywhere, I’ve finished the quests, and on my character selection screen it says it’s available
Same happened to me . got the pass , claimed it and the option is still grayed out for me. made a new character and everything . same results
The way is to wait for support here because the site is closed
If it says its available then it works as intended. Its confusing for some, but the way it works is: Finish quest > receive power pass by mail > consume it > create character via powerpass option. It’s not supposed to be showing anywhere as an item if thats your concern.

Power Pass / Adventurers Path:
There are two ways a Power Pass will be provided to Adventurers:
When the player completes the Main Quest (Ealyn’s Gift) from North Vern, a single Vern Power Pass Token will be provided via in-game mail.
After using the first Power Pass, a second Power Pass will be granted to players via in-game mail.
After two Power Passes are received, you will not be able to earn a third Power Pass this way.
The Adventurers Path can be started immediately after consuming the Power Pass on an alternative character.
This feature compresses the level 10 - 50 segment for an alternative character through a story told by Beatrice.
It will guide you on the essentials and progression, specific to your class, allowing you to re-live the content quickly through the new character.
Completing the Adventurers Path quest chain will equip your character with the gear appropriate for Vern content.

I finished the main quest (Earlyn’s Gift) yesterday and i’ve no powerpass showing up in the mail or in character menu. Am I the only one with this issue ?
But is not on my email, i finished earlys gift
What server are you on? I’m trying to pinpoint if the issue is on the Aldebaran server, as I’ve seen several other who are on that server experiencing the same issue.
I have the same situation, it says the powerpass is available but then I can’t use it.
I’m unsure tho because I think I haven’t done the quest in North Vern, which means this character selection message is misleading and might need a small fix.
Show “Powerpass available” ONLY once it has been claimed by mail.
When did you finish the quest ? I wonder if it has anything to do with the maintenance of yesterday since I ended the quest right before and that loots were buggin at that time.

The “Powerpass Available” shows over every one of my characters on both servers (Danube and Aldebaran) even though my highest-level character is only 23. If I cick on the powerpass button at the bottom it says, “you don’t have a powerpass” so IDK why it’s all “OMG POWERPASS!” everywhere. Seems like maybe just a bug.
Like the fact that pet buffs show as active in the UI above the hot-bar even though they aren’t without the subscription.
