I recently used my “Event” PowerPass to boost my Arcanist and, after playing her for about a week, decided to work on my Machinist next. However, my Punika PowerPass is gone! It’s not supposed to have an expiration date, and I’ve had it banked for quite some time with no issues.
How can I get my PowerPass reinstated? I’ve been saving it up for a while now and can’t use it. It’s just gone!
Seems like the pass actually had an expiration date. It was announced in the patch notes of its release, but unfortunately there’s a bug on the expiration date display when in-game.
Not sure about this, just passing the information given by some here in the forums

) the Punika powerpass was an event powerpass and hence has expired on October 26th. You can find the information on the link shared above.

No offense, but I don’t go to the site to read patch notes. I trusted the game display when it said that the PowerPass doesn’t expire!
So, no. That doesn’t help at all! I can’t even think of a reason for the PowerPass to expire AT ALL! This is extremely frustrating and a TERRIBLE end-user experience.
Edit: I want to be clear: I USED MY EVENT POWERPASS. I had a PERMANENT PowerPass that you get from finishing the main storyline. You get one when you complete the storyline, then a second one when you use that first PowerPass. I’ve had that PowerPass banked for MONTHS, but it disappeared when I used my Punika PowerPass.
I may have used the wrong title here, hence the confusion. I USED the event PowerPass last week, and now my OTHER one is gone.
you never read the news ?
It was pretty much a promotional thing. Event expires. Event currency expires. Tons of things expire.
If you dont read news or anything, you will miss out on lot of things. Like that new raids are coming, new classes, patches and so on. There is no news ingame, so you gotta check them online.
I want to be very clear here, and I’m in a customer service position in my job:
The Steam News tells me when new things are coming, and I read those posts. What I do NOT do, and what the VAST majority of people don’t do, is filter through dozens of bullet points in patch notes.
there are steam notes for lost ark ? Wut. Is there even such a thing ?
if its same like news, then its there. It was not in “patch notes” that it would expire, but on the news even Before the powerpass was put into the game.

Hello i had 2 powerpasses too, 1 when destroyer was released , and 1 when machinst released and i thought of making a character then all of my powerpasses were gone. HELP ME PLS
Same thing - both expired on 26th.
The first one was supposed to expire month ago, so you had additional month to use it - F.
Hi @Stormforge and @Borbarad, I was just reading through here and saw you mention the steam events and announcements area (it is part of the discussions area and can be selected on the right side of discussions with Guild and Group Recruitment, Trading and then the Events at the bottom of that list.
If you go in there and read the Pinned post “Rage with the Machinist Release Notes” it will open up a list of all announcements. Given this is old information now you will want to search for “powerpass” and you should find a heading of “New Progression Events
Free Punika Powerpass”.
The info is there. I know it is hard to make sure you read “everything” before even playing the game you like but, hey the info is there.

some people are blind or blind like it was posted on patch notes + steam + on your damn email when you receive it but NOOOOOOOOOOO the thing said no expire date like do you even bother reading stuff ? or you and others come here to complain that it was your own fault they mentioned it multiple times and people like you still ignore it and then come here in shock “OMG MY PASS IS GONE”
