Hi, So I uninstalled the game for some reasons then i re-installed it but now i cannot find my server ( Brelshaza ) and my character who is in the server… so now i have nothing and have to re-start from the bottom please someone knows this bug ?

I’m sorry to hear that you can’t find your server and character, I will gladly help you, the reason why you don’t see your server is because it is being merged and it will now have a new name:

I can see them and I can see some servers but a lot less than before and my server where my characters are is gone, please @Jormungandrh help me

I’m sorry to hear you are still having issues with your game, we currently don’t have reports of a server wide disappearance so let’s try this:

First of all make sure you are on the EU central region in the game client, you should be able to see these servers:

If you can’t see your server then please try a steam file verifcation and relaunch the game:

Finally if your server still isn’t showing up then please contact our support department here:
Have the dxdiag ready in case they ask for it:
Instructions for generating a DXdiag: Open and run DxDiag.exe

its weird because when i go to Central Europe i see them but when i go to West Europe( where i am ) they are gone …

Exactly , some of them are even new to me and my server Brelshaza is not here on EU west but here on Central Eu
