Since Kakul raid patch, my audio setting gets reset every time I log in. It doesn’t save changes.
I tried verifying integrity from steam, uninstall and re-install game again, but it still won’t save.
Does anyone have same issue here? I saw some posts with same issues few months ago but couldn’t find any solution.

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
