NA East server issues

It seems whatever is plaguing NA West has moved East. I cannot play the game today because I have an almost 6000 queue just to get in. This game is excellent and worth playing, Smilegate should be proud, this is why this continuing issue is making me sad. Amazon has not addressed this issue seriously, I believe, and it is going to hurt Lost Ark if they don’t find a solution soon. Please help the people who actually play this game and take this issue seriously, Amazon. PLEASE HELP!!!

Una Server has a 2000 person queue at 8AM in the morning now due to the bot problem

This is tricky – the queue isn’t entirely due to an influx of bots, but also lowering server capacity to ensure server stability so we don’t run into the lag/load issues we did yesterday. We are planning on putting forth more support for server stability, ideally in the next maintenance, which should help address this and make the experience better. (Bots also still need to go too, of course)

Seems like the issue is slightly more complex than, just bots.

At least they are looking into it. Perhaps they should work with Steam on account creation. It seems like a ham sandwich can get an account. Thanks for the response!
