While I enjoy these posts. I hope that it further drives home that AGS/sgs/ the cm’s don’t care. they are here to collect a paycheck and go home.
Because amazon prioritizes bots over players. There’s no other explanation at this point.

every time I see someone say, ‘Most popular game!’ or to that effect, I just shake my head and write them off.

Wonder why AGS/SG is not doing anything, every server on NAW have such a long queue… smh
specifically it’s 3/4 hour long queue every singleday… a lot of people think make t3 bond but bot still have lot of source of income such weekly una coin and also priate coin vendor exchange… even tho you level up from 1-50 it will give you 400g. @Roxx
the solution was i don’t know it will be good solution or not… but you need some “2nd verification for using AH”

prob this was good solution rather than need to wait 4 hour eveyday… it keep me frustated for waiting 4 hour and also make me feel guilty when i running chaos gate with a lot of bot on it @Roxx
I try to get some chores done while I wait, but after 1-2 hours of waiting I get tired and can only play another 2 hours before sleep.
Half my game time is just waiting in queue, and spending more time on forums lol.

It’s Monday the que is a little softer in Enviska at only 2000 but still takes 20 min to get into game. Ugghhh at this rate I am going to have to have conversations with my wife. Please fix this problem soon

At this point jamming a sharp stick in your eye would yield a better return then investing money into LA.

I sadly.think the problem.are the players. People use rmt so much that it’s lucrative for botters. The only reason the do it on west and not eu is that.more.people.wlare willing to pay more money on west then on Europe or anywhere else

missed another wei card due to this damn bot queue. FUCKING INSTITUTE 2-factor auth tied to phone number already…

One hour, how cute. EUC had queues of 8+ hours for 3 weeks at release. And completely borked matchmaking servers so you couldn’t even run chaos dungeons or guardians. You’d get disconnected from the matchmaking server even when queueing in solo and it took at least 30 minutes to get a single session going. So you “played” your main for 2-4 hours to only finish dailies in addition to waiting 8 hours in queue. Fun!
Don’t get me wrong the queues should not be there and the reason for the queues are probably bots and it’s just stupid that AGS still can’t get anything working to reduce the number of bots and RMT.
But you guys on NA have it better now than EUC was at release and we got laughed at by you for weeks. Now that you feel only a sliver of our pain the complain threads are not stopping. For such short queues.

Yeah well, I didn’t laugh at you nor did I see it. I guess cause you had an issue it’s ok for someone else to have a similar one as well?
The difference here is we have no fix in sight. We’re not getting a new region to alleviate player load, nor any new servers (we’d just get more bots). There is literally no fix in sight 
It’s been this way for a month, and we probably will have this issue for more months, or until we quit.
Funnily enough the region changed nothing. We still had the same queues and no working matchmaking. It just stopped because after 3 weeks of nothing working people stopped playing altogether. I lost 7 out of 10 people from my friend group that quit in the first 3 weeks and never came back.
When I or my friends tried to write on the forum or the discord we’d get drowned out by memes and the same “imagine playing on EU KEKW” spam over and over again.
So I know the pain but the amounts people make this out to be is just ridiculous. Waiting for an hour is nothing life changing.
