For days every server in NA West has been marked a busy even when no other server in any region is… To add insult to injury every morning there is 5-6k+ queue as well. What’s going on?

I apologize for the delay in the response. I’m really sorry about this game experience, we don’t want players to go through this. Right now and in past weeks Devs have been working to upgrade the servers so that players can enjoy the game without any issues. We have no estimated time for this to be ready but we can assure you that they will fix it.
