The real problem.
I was locked out of Valtan Gate 2 Satuday for the Server Crash, i try reaching out in the forums, by a web ticket and by chat, saturday they told me to wait, sundey they told me i was going to get a ticket for re-entry and toldme to wait, i wait other 24 hours, Today when a reach to chat support they ask me again for me Character and Server, and they told me this
i never got that ticket, and even i wast locked out from Gate 1, i was from Gate 2
And This is the only think they could say to me
Imagine playing a game, using you time and money, and one of the biggest mechanics of the game so you dont get behind everyone Else, its pray to no get Disconected when the Amazon Server Crash…
Their sistem is bug, it marks that you where in gate 1 when you where in gate 2 … thats why we dont get ticket back
same boat here thinking about quitting and just cutting my losses after spending 400$

Wasted 48 hrs but still so solution. This is the way how Amazon treat us.
Do something about the bots. Authenticator… unless that is, the bots belong to amazon.

Hi there, appreciate an update on this. There’s plenty of us still waiting for the re-entry to Gate 2 of Valtan ![]()
Everyone in gate 2 did not get the re-entry ticket i presume?
Yup gate 2, 8 of our party members are still waiting for the re entry ticket. We actually pushed very hard to try to do hard mode this week…it’s very discouraging
They prob wont know our pain. its the only content that people wanna play and being locked out of it and having set back a week in progession is a lot. They think that their compensation is good enough even though 100s or if not 1000s of people are being affected. That what irks me and the lack of communication on the matter even more so
Yup got disconnected in gate 2 and neither me nor any of my other 7 raid members got their tickets.
Still waiting too for the re-entry ticket…
Agree with those above, the lack of communication is the biggest problem and I’m kinda surprised/disappointed Amazon/Smilegate is bad at it(I’m now beginning to dread support on their other services if the time comes)… or I might have been spoiled by experienced gaming companies
The answers aren’t concrete enough… Live chat redirecting getting help on forums, forums redirecting getting help on live chat… Though they answer fast, I’m glad for that but the answers don’t help/mean much… I don’t mind waiting as they said BUT the answers are so open-ended and have a “feel” that if you get it then good if you don’t then that’s too bad, we can’t do anything…
I know they posted that this issue is “being looked into” and that is good but I think what most players want is the assurance
I won’t name games but one example is
We are aware there has been a bug that results to the disappearance of items in the storage. The team is analyzing the cause and will deploy a patch to fix the issue and return the lost items. If in the aforementioned patch didn’t fix the issue on your end, send a ticket to support with the ff… etc etc
I think right now the biggest gripe is if the re-entry ticket isn’t solved before the weekly reset. It is lost and Amazon will not care about it anymore… Here is the valtan patch, what most have been waiting for… too bad our server crashed and you have bad luck and will not be able to get its rewards which are weekly gated by the way…
One statement they can do aside from looking into it,

if a when isn’t possible yet
say it might take some time and if the weekly reset came to pass, assure the players that are affected that upon receiving the re-entry ticket after the weekly reset, they could run again the gate they lost last week after that week’s run after using the ticket (like a catch up run for the prev weeks lost run)
I agree with you. This is exactly the type of answer that AGS needs to provide but sadly they dont and they just ignore after so many days some even up to a week for the first unscheduled maint. Players are just left wondering and frustrated after multiple different answers from different CS and no update from officials on the main forum.
Guess it is just our luck that AGS is our publisher and they do that in new world all the time too. Should have known better than to play another game published by AGS
A server running low on memory is unthinkable, Even so, this is not the first server that has been setup, surely this scenario has already been covered millions of times and that it is part of a standard alert system. I am pretty sure that if no one can connect to your server and that your server has ZERO connection, that is another scenario that your team should have covered and alert that “Hey this is unusual please check” kind of alert?
