Its been hours since the issue happened and none of the players I know have gotten a valtan ticket. please update accordingly. Thiis is getting very annoying
same. need ticket soon to run it properly, otherwise wont fit in my schedule

Everyone… wait at least 24 hours before you complain about tickets.
It takes time… be patient.
Tell that to the players that were locked out last week and still >=7 days and waiting.

I lost my entry at 7x valtan hard.
Please resolve for all the users affected by the random downtime

Hi! it’s been 6 hrs now and we havent received our tickets yet (me and my teammates). any updates?
Didnt get the rewards (opening chest, auction at the end) during valtan hard gate 2.

Still haven’t received my re-entry ticket from last week. Support have shown me the logs and confirmed it was when servers were taken down.
When will this be fixed?
