Lost my entry too Valtan G2 during serverdowntime. No tickets for me

Did you log a ticket or talk with support?
I was in a Valtan raid and now I am locked out for the Week… Can I please get a ticket to allow access to the content again. Can this restriction be lifted to not gate players out of content for simply d/c it makes no sense why you are locked out of content for simply leaving. I’m not sure what compensation can be given if no access is allowed due to the fact Valtan materials or what is at stake here

Issue: We were running Valtan (Hard Mode) and we were on Gate 1 when the servers crashed. It has been over 12 hours since the incident now and none of us have received our re-entry ticket. This really sucks since we only had Friday and Saturday where everyone can meet, but now we’re out a week of Valtan without even a chance to pug. We even reached out to Amazon support and made a ticket for the issue only to be met with this.

Can I ask why NA West servers seem to be garbage? From lowering capacity to stabilize, long loading times, and seemingly having problems after every update it really makes one wonder what is going on with NA West servers.

i’m also have that problem when i was in VALTAN easy mode ,the server was temporary maintenance . i lost my entry .
I made an account on here to post this - I experienced a valtan DC yesterday and am now locked out of gate 2. I don’t care about the gold or anything, I just want to be able to receive my relic materials… I am a bit frustrated that I think if you haven’t recieved rewards, you should not be locked out from the content - hopefully that can be implemented.

I’m with you guys too! this is frustrating.
@Shadow_Fox please, i only have the weekend time to complete valtan, why would we have to wait the whole weekend for the ticket? That was not even our fault. This is just crazy.

what about the people like me from EU Central who got kicked out ?
Still no ticket from last week’s Valtan HM. It’s quite hilarious at this point that this is still happening a week later even with countless of threads and Critical Game Breaking Bug stating there is a bug in your ticket queue.
I’m sure for every week people lose their Valtan ticket, they will expect to get it reimbursed down the line, it’s only fair.
