Are you serious? Why were some people treated unequally for losing Valtan entry last week then?

The real problem.
I was locked out of Valtan Gate 2 Satuday for the Server Crash, i try reaching out in the forums, by a web ticket and by chat, saturday they told me to wait, sundey they told me i was going to get a ticket for re-entry and toldme to wait, i wait other 24 hours, Today when a reach to chat support they ask me again for me Character and Server, and they told me this
i never got that ticket, and even i wast locked out from Gate 1, i was from Gate 2
And This is the only think they could say to me
Imagine playing a game, using you time and money, and one of the biggest mechanics of the game so you dont get behind everyone Else, its pray to no get Disconected when the Amazon Server Crash…
Their sistem is bug, it marks that you where in gate 1 when you where in gate 2 … thats why we dont get ticket back
same boat here thinking about quitting and just cutting my losses after spending 400$

Wasted 48 hrs but still so solution. This is the way how Amazon treat us.
Do something about the bots. Authenticator… unless that is, the bots belong to amazon.

Everyone in gate 2 did not get the re-entry ticket i presume?
Yup gate 2, 8 of our party members are still waiting for the re entry ticket. We actually pushed very hard to try to do hard mode this week…it’s very discouraging
They prob wont know our pain. its the only content that people wanna play and being locked out of it and having set back a week in progession is a lot. They think that their compensation is good enough even though 100s or if not 1000s of people are being affected. That what irks me and the lack of communication on the matter even more so
