If I click “Buy Now” the game just tells me the purchase failed without actually doing anything. Guess I’ll save some money today

Submit a support ticket with Steam, they likely need to verify your account information.

Seems like it was some kind of network issue on perhaps Steam’s or Lost Ark’s side. I was doing something else a couple minutes later and the purchase window came up
