The west coast servers, specially Valtan and Mari are so bad with their queue times. Please allow us to transfer out of our servers. I know over 50% of the people who stop playing for now is due to this inconvenience.
People want to log on and play with their free time. Especially working professionals. With other games available, many have decided to leave Lost Ark due to logistics. The game in itself is wonderful but the queues are awful!
Who cares the reason for the long queues at this point. It’s been months and the issue, whatever it is has not been resolved. Allow us to transfer servers immediately please!
It’s been awful for months, if you can’t fix the bot problem then allow us to transfer servers at least. The moment I see a 5k+ queue I just don’t even bother. No point when I’m already struggling to log in this game as it is.
To get my fix i actually started a new roster on NA East. It’s BRUTAL but I read somewhere in these threads that the game isn’t capable of doing transfers. If not transfers then a bit more on account wide unlocks would be lovely
East is not great either my friends, nowadays ping is high and server crash are more frequent my friend file a ticket for Argos lost entry due to crash impact 6 members of the raid.
Was running an Albion Raid last Thursday people from UNA kept dc. Yeah would said NA East is worst as NA WEST. Literally you can see a flood of bot in Punika.
yeah stay on your own side, all you’ll do is cause East to have server que’s, just send in tickets to amazon or just boycott playing there for now, bots can’t make money if real players stop playing
People can log in to NA EAST, but nowadays the ping is awful and frequent server crash. Literally, you solo a chaos dungeons and you can see monster freezing on the screen and then few seconds later your char is dead on the ground with 2k-3k ping. Note that I’m using Google fiber which should not be the issue of internet speed connection. Bot are also getting increase in the east . I mean their patterns are consistent Chaos dungeons → Repair man npc → pot NPC then back to chaos dungeons. Whether the player move to east or west both side have same issue west can’t log in and East play with high ping and server crash.
I mean I’m down for “region merge” which means all 20 servers will just be “NA”, market variety will be better, and queue issues can kinda be solved because too many servers to choose from and can still play together
I’m hoping that if they implement server transfers its a full roster transfer, at this point my cards/alts are way too progressed to reasonably swap servers with a single character transfer.
