Can you please change my forum username? I don’t know why but my user name contain my full name and last name and i don’t want to use it on forum @Firus

I’m sorry to read that your forum username contains personal information, it is possible to change your username on your own by going to the preferences of your forum account, you can get here by clicking your profile picture at the top right corner of the screen then going to the last tab (the one with the icon of a person), however depending on how long and how often you’ve been active in the forum this option may be disabled.
Please confirm if you’re able to change your username on your own, if not, as your username contains personal information then it may be possible for us to change it on our end, let us know which username you would like to use.

Hi, thx for quick replay. Unfortunetly for me this option is unavailable. I will be apprecieated to change my username to Nervowy

Your forum username has been changed now, please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with by creating a web ticket through the Amazon Games Support website or creating another thread here in the forums.
Hello @Succre, unfortunately we currently can’t provide you an answer, however in cases where this option has been disabled it won’t be possible to change an username unless it contains personal information.
