After clearing Naruna Hot Springs for the first time on a character, I did not receive either the Normal nor Hard Cleared Reward chests.
The appears to happen when the final boss dies while transported to their colorful arena.
Possible workaround to simply have a chest near the NPCs you talk to after defeating the boss, similar to several previous dungeons.
