Naruna Hotsprings (Hard) no reward

Okay, second post for this. After the first one, I was asked some questions, I’ve tested it some more now and I can tell for sure that the loot does NOT drop anywhere in the room if you kill the Clown in his “clown phase”. This time I was with a party, we walked around everywhere and no one received loot.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you’re not receiving the Naruna rewards.

In this case I recommend you to do the following:

  1. Close Lost Ark completely
  2. Close Steam
  3. Run Steam as administrator
  4. Check the game files on Steam
  5. Open Lost Ark.

This will help us in case is just a visual bug, if the issue persists I recommend you to contact live support so one of our agents can look further into this and help you escalate your case to our devs.

I have had this issue twice, on two different characters where I have not received the reward on Hard mode Naruan Hot Springs. I don’t think it has anything to do with closing the steam and checking the files. I believe what happens is, if you kill Seito too quickly while he is in his second stage mode (with all the colors on the ground) and he dies; he subsequently drops his loot on the ground. Then, the game takes you OUT of his little stage two location, before your pet has time to pick up the loot. then there is no way to retrieve it. Anyway, just reiterating what has been posted by Dreamstatex, I don’t believe it is a visual bug, but definitely something bugged with Seito’s clow phase. Thank you.

This is definitely not a visual bug. It happened to me as well the other day and I posted a similar thread.

The reason I mentioned that it could be a visual bug is because as you already mentioned this is something that is dropped on the ground, so if you’re not seeing the loot is possible that it can something simple as a visual bug that can be fixed with those steps, however if that doesn’t work for you the best thing to do is contact live support to have your issue escalated as I mentioned before and as one of my teammates also recommended on the thread you shared.

I did contact the support through the chat and got an e-mail that it was logged, but no further feedback. I don’t care about the lost loot really I just want to report it as an issue so it gets fixed hopfully.
