I have waited an official answer before spending pheons cause I was affraid of negative pheons. So I only starded to spend them yesterday, and there you are…
@Roxx Talking about fairness, I was thinking it’s the first time it was fair since we need pheons for each character it makes sense to receive pheons per character. I have friends with so many pheons that they don’t know what to do with it. (they have 2 character). I work harder with more character with more time and need to spend more but I only got the same amount. How is it fair ?? Don’t change décision on a whim please… I would have not spend them if it were not for the message saying we keep them…

Yep, negative Pheons here. Had 230 before Pheongate, got 110 from it, spent 100 on tripods before update, now I have 99.
So you told us in good faith you’d let us keep the pheons, with that in mind I sought out to grab the tripods I needed, then you turn around, turn BACK on your word, and punish me BEYOND what I had beforehand even though you told it us it was fine to spend it?
Now you’re screwing US over AFTER your mistake and AFTER you told us it was fine to keep it, not only that but beyond what we even spent. That’s supposed to be fair? Why not just reduce us by what we spent that we weren’t suppose to spend? That, I would have been fine with. Not this. We’re being punished for YOUR mistake. YOUR lies. YOUR incompetence.

There are laws about this. Right now, if Amazon sends you a package by mistake they’re not allowed to charge you for it. That’s also an absurd example, because unlike the bank, they told you, they wouldn’t remove them.
Imagine I send you some food right now, and the msg says, something like, “Enjoy” you’re like, “oh man free food. nice” But you don’t eat it cause you’re suspicious. Then I’m like, nah dude, it was a mistake but enjoy it. And then after you eat your food, I change my mind and tell you, “Sorry man, it’s not fair to people who didn’t get as much food as you, I’m going to charge you anyways.” And now you got a negative balance on UberEats.
