Our team is working really hard to solve this bots issue, we appreciate your time and effort to let us know about this, if possible you can also report this players you consider are bots, that helps our to identify them faster. Thank you for letting us know, this helps to create a better environment for not only you, but for all the players in the server.

To report a player or guild in-game:

  1. Press CTRL + Right Mouse Button (RMB) on either a player, or a player’s name in chat.
  2. Select Report, then select a reason.
  3. Provide the player’s character name, details of the incident, and include screenshots when applicable. For guild reports, make sure to include the guild name.
