So there are thousands of us that play on EU Central (im not sure about other regions) that are missing the extra Gift packs (Plat,Gold etc) there are also thousands of us that are missing the Celebration Gift packs.
All these packs have a claim date of 1st March…
We have had no definitive answers or even replies to hundreds of forum posts, we are having bad experience with support in any way trying to get this either resolved or some sort of answer too.
Most problems are being told to refer to https://forums.playlostark.com/t/february-20-update-on-current-top-issues/186470. Yet on the actual issue at hand there is nothing in this thread about these gifts/packs.
Being that we have till 1st of March and it doesn’t look like we are going to get these items by then.
- What is happening to fix this?
- If not fixed before 1st March do we lose out on all these items?
- What will be done to compensate those with missing items?
Please can we get some answers or at least try and put our minds at ease because at moment there is little or nothing happening. A CM puts up a post asking about IGN, Server etc and then after that there is no word.
The lack of professional courtesy being shown by not giving informed updates being that a problem known about is unjust.
I’m hoping @Roxx could provide something here being that they seem to be the person that informs us of things
