The whole monster death/celebration animation is taking time to have a chance at DC and not being able to collect the rewards. This is quite annoying, as I was able to collect only one soul for 1 day rested bonus and eventually DC to miss the 2nd one. Only to return back to Nia Village when I logged back in.
Why is this even a thing, at least put the rewards back in email/notifications tab or something, Sheesh, this game is always about loosing stuff and hardly gaining anything better.

Should also be a buy all bonus loot option when entering a raid , i dno about anyone else but a few times auctions etc just take attentioj and you miss the box
Dear CM Torinn, no need to pass this to your team as KO already has this sorted out in one of their QoL update. Your guardian souls can be claimed just like una tokens via additional panel at any time.
Shame you guys don’t follow news about the game you publish.
Appreciate this response @Techtus I wanted to go ahead and pass this feedback along as well as possible future improvements to the email/notification tab as far as if any items/rewards go.

I might have just made myself a fool. Was trying to find a source of this info ( LoA ON ) and it seems it just applies for unclaimed raid chests you get once a gate is completed. Accept my apologies for spreading false information and accusing AGS stuff of being uninformed.
there is a QOL in korea where you can buy bonus loot box after raid is done from a window outside
