Playing on reset day or soon after the servers come up is ALWAYS asking for trouble. Essentially its up to the automated system on weather you get a ticket back or not. Its not that easy to determine if someone pulled the plug due to an outage vs purposefully to grief a group.
And its NOT an immediate loss. Until the group either disbands and closes the instance OR the final boss is killed, you are able to zone RIGHT back in when you log back in.
That response literally doesn’t help at all, tell them to let support hand out tickets if someone loses their lockout from other d/cs.
well i’m gonna pray to god to not have a disconnect this week again, no sense when we are talking about a online game, this problems happens, maybe next time will be you and can’t do anything.
they will tell you to f off, i had same issue. The other didnt connect, got a re-entry ticket in mail, i connected and then game kicked me for being solo and i got gated. Basically both ags supp and CMs on here did not give two sh**s mate. At times like this i think the AGS staff and the CMs deserve the crap they get.
Other people DCing a group does NOT lock out the rest of the group. If you quit thru the in game stop raid button, you do NOT use up your lockout.
And they can’t just HAND out tickets to anyone claiming they dc’ed. There are the ***hats that pull the plug purposefully to grief groups
They can literally look and see if you did a quest, they can see if you entered a raid and left without clearing.

And as I stated, they CANNOT tell if you entered a raid for the intent to pull the plug after say the first boss so the rest of the group is either stuck 3manning the last boss(s) or quitting the raid and finding a new group or a legitimate disconnect.
Server disconnects they do reward a ticket back after sometime if something happens with the server (i’ve had one rewarded back to me after about a day).
Oh so you want to punish everyone just because some people are dicks? yeah that makes sense

Funny enough, it does cover local internet issues from what i’ve seen.
But they don’t consider maintenance a verified crash… like wut?
I guess one has to ask: How would they be able to tell the difference between ‘electricity went off’, versus ‘I did not like the group I was in so I pulled the plug’?
TBH it seems to me like if they did not have consequences for bailing out of instances then that would very quickly become a much larger problem than the comparatively rare circumstance of being inadvertently disconnected. And, if they had some process where they had to ‘review’ whether or not to reset your ‘raid counter’, then that process would quickly be overwhelmed. You’ve identified a legitimate problem for sure, but it seems to me like any cure would be worse than the disease. It might be a case of just having to accept it’s nobody’s fault and move on.
Because if you dont like the party you can say in chat, sorry i have to go and vote yes to quit the instance, who will be disconnected intentionally when you have options. The behavior you are supossing have many others ways to be identify and punished. We are talking about a real problem with no solution.

And the party will say tough luck you’re staying here and vote majority no to keep you hostage on purpose. It literally happens all the time.
This system is not an acceptable solution to this problem.
Most of the time it just flat out doesn’t work and even when it does work it only covers a tiny percentage of disconnect issues. Even with those disconnects being on the client side they should still be granted a re-entry ticket.
It doesn’t even make sense to give people lock outs before they have even gotten to their loot. This is literally the only game I have ever played that does lockouts like this and it is hilariously bad.
Either ask SGR to change lockouts or have them give you guys the ability to grant re-entry tickets manually.
At the very least let them know that players are tired of being locked out of content due to the extremely buggy client that we have in our version. Something needs to change here.

I’ve just crashed and lost my entry. then I got a mail with a entry restoration ticket. I guess it is fixed or were the servers unstable?

I lost my ticket and my entry to both gate 1 and gate 2 of valtan this week.
So it seems. I wasnt expecting to get it back too but I got the mail almost instantly
the game crash i open up again and surprise, the raid was done, and i can see everyone in the party but i can get any rewards, and i cant do it again
