I live in england (don’t know if different servers have different pings)
I also only speak english. Could you guys help me out by telling me the primarily english servers

Yeah it would be good to know which of the newer servers are primarily non english speaking ones.
Well Wei seems to be primarily spanish…
NA West/ East mainly speak English 
no idea about EU
Np choose one randomly as their new game is to open / close servers more or less if their are a bit more full or not…
A nice little mess to be sure all friends are on the same server before starting to play seriously…
it is a total mess, some servers are locked, so even if there is one with majority of english, you cant go there, everyone gets pushed around different servers, eventually they loose interest, as you do not keep progression between them,
Someone sent me this link a couple of days ago. It tests your ping in various Amazon servers. You can pick the closest one to you. If you’re playing with friends, I’d go for whatever they picked as if you pick a different server you won’t be able to play with them.
