Need help on retrieving my 800 crystals

So I bought a package of 5700+ crystals. I bought an omen pack with it including the wallpaper.

I had extra crystals left so I decided to buy one character slot. The rest I spent on exchanging to gold. However when I claimed the character slot, nothing happened, I got a notification to go back to the main menu to activate it. But since there was an option to say no I clicked no because I didn’t want to go to the menu yet.

Once I was ready to use that character slot, it wasn’t working, what’s supposed to be a character ticket slot to be 1x, was 0x instead and I don’t know where it went. Could someone possibly help me? You can check in my account and see that I used 800 crystals to buy the ticket.
