Need help solving ¨lost connection with the server. restarting the game¨

whenever i select my charcter to get into the game i almost always get this error and i have to reboot the game sometimes only once, sometimes i have to do it 20 times and today is one of those days. so could someone help me fix this or could they make the client not fully close and just send us to server select screen instead.

I have tried searching for a solution online but i find nothing that works for me. and ive also don’t have any isp issues, i have slow internet but stable internet, and all other games i play it works perfectly fine so i dont really get the problem.

Be sure to have your Dxdiag logs ready in case they ask for them so that they can submit a ticket for the developers to check if needed:

To pull Dxdiag logs please:

  1. Press Windows Key + R and type: dxdiag and hit ‘Enter’ key
  2. Click “Save All Information”
  3. Select the file location and save it.
