I have given Neria gifts for about 25000 rapport points if not more and she does not get past friendly. Everytime i get to the end of the rapport experience bar (for example 7000) she is supposed to jump over to the next level of faction, after amicable comes friendly etc, but she just keeps getting me friendly again and again over and over. I have raised the friendly bar fully 3 times now… that must be a bug. Trusted is not happening. If it for some reason was not supposed to be possible then it would be nice to not have been able to give the gifts in the first place either, now i probably wasted lots of good expensive gifts for nothing.
Did you pass all the friendly levels? if im not wrong she has friendly 1 2 and 3 make sure its already on 3 and try again
