Got Fishing to lvl 30. I see that I need 5 stacks of the Off the Hook buff from float fishing to use the Net Casting skill. I have yet to see this buff pop at all, let alone five times. Any suggestions?
It’s something like a 50% chance to get a stack after each reel-in, maybe more likely. Once you get 5 stacks, you can use the skill and start the fishing minigame.
