Hi after purchasing the founders pack (Bronze) and completing requirements for 1st power pass i received it and used it to boost a 2nd character, i skipped the intro and have never since received the 2nd power pass to be used to boost a 3rd character. is there a resolution to this bug/problem

To discard possible issues please run an Steam integrity check for Lost Ark. Afer that please shut down your computer → turn it back on → launch Steam as admin and launch the game again.
