It has been days and I still have yet to receive my Twitch Prime Gaming loot. I have received drops in the past and I verified my account is connected properly. Tried everything I could from a client side. How can we remedy this?

Do you have an Amazon Prime membership? Prime gaming loot is only for Prime members.

Yes, I have prime and I collect stuff from there all the time without issues. I’ve even got the first one that Lost Ark provided. The only issue I have is with the most recent. It shows claimed but I never received it on my account.
I also haven’t received my loot, I have amazon prime as well as I had it for years and had no issues but the contents tied to Lost Ark I could receive in my steam account
