I got this two days ago trying to open the Umar cosmetics chest and again today with the same chest after a guardian raid
Also having sliders for gear honing following my cursor no matter what after clicking on them, this even stayed in between hones and leaving shop and talking again. (seems related)
Def won’t be doing anything over the weekend in game as a result.
This is the 67th reply to this a full 23 days after it was posted. @Roxx it may be time to increase the size of your team. If issues this critical are being brought up and reinforced by this many people and taking this long for you all to even respond, clearly there are some pretty big issues
happened to me 10ish days ago, relogging/switching characters fixed it.

How is this not fixed yet. I am stuck inside a Boss Rush because the PARTY FRAME got stuck to my cursor, and now I can’t click on anything to leave. All I can do is to Alt+F4 out of the game. This should’ve been fixed a month ago. I can’t even open the F4 market and go into the History of the Gems/Gold purchases which is a fix, because inside Boss Rush it says it’s Under Maintenance (huh?). Fix your game, Smilegate.

This shit happened again and I just logged off for the day. Done with all of this bullshit and nobody giving a shit to fix a simple but really impactful problem.

Already been posted about multiple times.
Been a month and still not fixed.
Maybe SG should scale up the NA team from 1 intern to 2.

Same here with my friends, we encountered the bug many times.
Just posting here to tell @Roxx that this issue is preventing you from fighting which is a major problem when you are agains Argos for example.
Can we have some news at least?

Hey, this is still out for a fix with the dev team unfortunately. I know this bug is super frustrating, we’ll let you know when a fix is in place.

Nah. Thats not true at all. Best believe if this issue was something wrong with the cash shop it wouldve been fixed in hours/minutes lmao

We’ve had the curser bug for what? 4 weeks now? Seems like a long turn around for something of this nature.
This is a joke the bug is getting worse over time and is now more than a frustrating of change of map location or channel, it now now requires a full restart, the icon gets stuck and then if i try to close my inventory the whole inventory gets stuck on the cursor and if i press escape to quit it doesn’t register any clicks so i can’t even quit the damn game without ctrl/alt/del and closing the game from the task manager.
This bug has been there for weeks and weeks do they just not give a shit? Honestly, thats what it comes across as, oh those pesky players moaning again can they not be patient for one minute (i mean one month).
The bug seems to happen when i come back from any instance like a guardian raid or something like this, i get back to my original location and i already know as soon as i land i’m going to have issues. You can’t even type in the chat box once its happened, so if your ina party say running maps, and u come out of instance you can’t talk, i got kicked from party one day because they thought i was trolling them because i couldn’t accept the map nor could i talk to them to tell them i was having issues…
Its a critical bug now it stops gameplay.

No it doesn’t, it did, orignally, changing channels or sorting my inventory fixed it, the bug has gotten progessively worse, now changing channels doesn’t fix it nor does moving from one area of a map to another or even to the sea the icon remains on my cursor and i cannot chat in the box, if i press escape i get the menu come up but cannot press a button to quit or go into a menu.
I can’t explain it but changing channels doesn’t work anymore nor does changing area.
This is why i started my comment saying its getting worse over time if you read it at all. I edit my post to make it a little clearer what i was trying to convey.
it still may, but it never worked relyably.
Once it happens and you always know immediately, I always just ESC and go to character selection. Before starting clicking eradicaly, trying to fix it and making it worse. Once right click does nothing, or icon gets stuck, immidiately to char selection.
