The new event raid shop has t3 honing books, but its unusable for legendary items?..
Because the added in items are to help people get to T3 and then through the 1340-1370 dead zone, not to help post 1370 people progress more. That’s also why there’s no Great Leapstones added. If you’re post 1370, just progress like you did before.
