New laptop, keep crashing

Hello, i just bought a new laptop with these spec:
AMD Ryzen 5 7535
Nvidia 4050
16 GB RAM

However since i installed Lost ark here, it keep crashing to everything that require loading time such as:

  1. Clicking chara on chara selection after choosing server
  2. Opening Product Inventory
  3. changing chara

I dont understand whats the problem, the crashes itself just crash without any error code whatsoever, meanwhile im using my old laptop and everything is smooth to log in with way worse spec(i3 1005, MX330)

Anyone know whats the problem? ive been trying every single solution from forums without anything worked(turning of ipv6, using worst graphic opt, repair the EAC)
Can somebody please help players or CM

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been having some problems with the game crashing after clicking anything that requires loading time.

Even though you already tried some troubleshooting steps, there are a few you may be missing, try these:

  1. Set Windows power settings to High Performance.
  • Press Windows + R, type “powercfg.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
  • Select the radio button next to the High performance power plan. You may need to click Show additional plans first.

  1. Clean boot Windows by following these instructions:
    How to perform a clean boot in Windows (to reduce startup applications/Check for Malware).

  2. Reset your video driver software to the default settings.

  3. Check for evidence of overheating.
