I have seen Sorc bots, Bard bots (in the early days), Berserker bots and also recently the Paladin bots.
I guess they dont like Martial Artists, Assassins and Gunners 
Big aoe clears = great for bots, assassin gunner and martial artist don’t have those.
Was wondering that too actually. As someone who only wanted to play martial artists classes. I never saw a Striker bot flailing around.
My guess is they rely on large AE’s primarily and not able to really effectively use the positioning and stuns of those classes use to be most effective.
