New patch gave me the error [W0x9-SPCLPWP1PNT]

I need help after the 02/08/2023 update, an error has been occurring every 5 min of server disconnection, thus failing to make any progress in the game. Can you help me please?

I’m sorry you’re getting this W0x9-SPCLPWP1PNT error that prevents you to play Lost Ark, I recomend to try this steps that i have found around the forums it have worked for other players and i hope it works for you also:

  1. Please verify the integrity of game with the Steam integrity check

  2. Update your video and windows drivers.

  3. Repair Easy Anti cheat ( Open Lost Ark Application in your Steam library and go to Settings → Manage → Browse Local Files > Open the AntiCheat Folder > Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file > Repair.

  4. Troubleshoot the Firewall:

  • Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
  • Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.
  • Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the app is missing from the list, you need to add it.
  • Click Allow another app…, locate and select the app, then click Add.
  • Once you’ve done that, you need to ensure that the app is checked, and that it has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.

DxDiag report:

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.

Click on dxdiag.exe.

When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

Unfortunately I’ve already closed all my attempts and the problem persists, Lost ark unfortunately doesn’t have a minimum of consideration in doing a verification, I’ve been playing for 1 year and nothing changes and nothing just releases new things and the whole time I’m being disconnected from the server and losing content. Now how am I going to make Argos? Vykas? Valtan? Brelshaza? unfortunately they don’t think about their gamers
