So i read one of the links they said they cant refund the run even though the game booted us out? are we just doing things at the risk of losing progression for the week?
After the Argos patch dropped and a live update was pushed to introduce the new skins into the store, my character was kicked mid Aira’s Oculus and has lost entry count.

Server: NA West, Akkan Please Send a Refund Token when possible. Losing a daily entry count for Chaos is one thing, losing a ONCE a week token is not okay.
Hi, i ran across the same bug today after maintenance, I entered the Aira’s Oculus Abyss dungeon and halfway through the dungeon, the system kicked me out and took my weekly entry.
My character name is Achar on the US West server Valtan. pls help @Roxx
Same issue as everyone else in the forum.
Losing a weekly lockout because of the maintenance that happened.
I lost Aira Oculus Hard
There was warning that appeared 10 minutes before, but it wasn’t in English. It was either Spanish or French not really sure which. I play on a Na East server, so it really doesn’t make a lot of sense for that warning not be in English though. Live support was able to confirm I was disconnected early from the dungeon
“I can confirm here in my end that you got suddenly disconnected when doing the Dungeon Raid at Aira’s Oculus [Hard]. I have successfully shared your character details to our dev team regarding this issue.”
But most forum posts I see saw AGS won’t be any help in actually getting the lockout back.
Really frustrating to be locked out on being able to get gear for doing Argos and other content because of it.
