So wondering if NA Lost Ark will fix this issue and allowing more honing events or buffs to fix this issues to make new players friendly again ?
I do not want to quit cause of the expenses and the lack of quests/dalies/weekly for silver/greater honor leapstone and such ;(
new players are being gatekeep not because of honning but because of roster level
they hone to fast and do content they are not prepared to do skill wise making the experiance of the party terrible and making ppl gatekeep even more.
new player need way slower honning on main ( no nerf to alt honning just main ) and some help for other systeme like gem card and engraving
Roster Level > Item Level
Low roster players can claim it’s based on horizontal content or whatever they want but this is a fact. Players with high roster tend to complete raids smoothly from my experiences. I pug a lot and nothing scares me more than these 1500’s with roster 120 and lower.
new players aren’t dealing with any of that since they won’t be able to even do required content ie valtan / vykas since no learning parties exist ( me a returning player can’t progress any chars due to this) also there is no way a player can even get 4x3 pre-1415 and even after that each acc will cost 15+ for anything usable plus dead horizontal content which is required for skill points the lack of high end players doing low content at all has already killed the na version of the game its only just a matter of time at this point

island bosses are not solo content
selling your mats every week still wont give you enough gold to spend 15k+ on each acc plus pheons when you cant even do legion raids new player will quit long before they can farm that much gold from oreha alone since they will not be accepted in pf for argos wthout atleast 3x3 and ilvl 1420+ and good luck honing that far selling all your mats and keep in mind new players WILL not have alts for gold
4x4 is like 5k gold you do that with just chaos gate in one week
maybe on that class but not on all mine every piece is atleast 10k and none exist below 1415 so your not geting 4x3 for argos
But this is the same in every MMORPG.
A WoW player who has 380 ilvl wont invite a 350 ilvl player without achievement. He will invite 370+ who also has achievement because he practiced enough.
Its the same in LA. Why would I wait until you learn the mech when I did the raid 100+ times?

The major problem is that the game’s leveling part and horizontal part is not appealing. There are some good side content but mostly boring but its kinda necessary for your roster progress. Thus there is not enough new player.
They should remove T1-T2 and new players should start from 1302 because T1-T2 is completely dead in every region.

Because you have no money for relic? Its so easy to get 4x3 legendary and cheap too. You can do it with ~5-10k gold max on any class except the newest ones.
4x3 is literally free if you know what you are doing

Like 8+ months before we’d expect to see any real change here, considering the same problems exist in KR
